Erongo Director of Education John /Awaseb says the region always encounters problems with the enrolment of learners in Swakopmund and Walvis Bay and has been struggling with the issue for the past four years.
He is hopeful that all learners will be placed this year, though, and says the rest of the region has ample space and hostel accommodation available.
