The Namibian Food and Allied Workers Union (Nafau) has accused black business owners in the Ohangwena and Oshana regions of treating their workers like they had been treated during the apartheid era. Nafau branch organiser Absalom Willem said labour practices in the two regions needed to be addressed as a matter of urgency by all relevant stakeholders, to avoid any further deterioration of the situation.
