Endola Constituency councillor Ruth Kepawa Nhinda was on Saturday laid to rest by thousands of mourners at the Ohalushu Parish of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Namibia.
Mourners included Deputy Prime Minister Marco Hausiku, Works and Transport Minister Erkki Nghimtina, Information and Communication Technology Minister Joel Kaapanda, as well as several other Cabinet members, regional governors and regional and local authority councillors.
