ECN gives NEFF the nod

The Electoral Commission of Namibia has given the newly formed Namibian Economic Freedom Fighters (NEFF) the go-ahead to campaign ahead of this year’s general elections slated for November.
This follows the provisional registration of the NEFF as a political party by the election management body last week.
The registration was not a walk in the park for the new kids on the bloc though, as the ECN told them they cannot refer to their leaders as commanders-in-chief (CIC).
