Human rights activist Phil ya Nangoloh says he will never reveal the names of two ministers, one serving and one former parliamentarian, as well as the head of a traditional authority in the North, who he has accused of being kingpins in a poaching syndicate.
He missed a December 31 deadline set by environment minister Pohamba Shifeta to reveal these names.
Ya Nangoloh told Namibian Sun that he deliberately missed the deadline because it would have been a futile exercise.
