Acting High Court Judge Esi Schimming-Chase reserved judgment in the application of two permanent secretaries against Cabinet’s decision to terminate their employment contracts.
Former Gender Ministry Permanent Secretary Erastus Negonga, and his Agriculture Ministry counterpart Joseph Iita, argue that the termination of their employment is contrary to the provisions of the Labour Act.
