Former DTA leader Katuutire Kaura says it is painful to see struggle kids begging on the streets in an independent Namibia.
Kaura said the issue needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency.
Kaura said it was also unfortunate that Frieda Ndatipo – one of the group of struggle kids camping in Windhoek – had been shot dead during a protest in August last year.
“It is unfortunate that one young girl lost her life at Swapo headquarters. That issue must be addressed in all honesty. It is painful to see them begging on the streets in an independent Namibia,” said Kaura.
