Home Affairs and Immigration Minister Pendukeni Iivula-Ithana has officially inaugurated the Omuvelo waKashamane border post on the Namibia-Angola border.
She urged local community leaders to educate citizens on the need to report to immigration officials whenever leaving or entering the country.
According to the minister, any traveller leaving or entering any given country is required by law to report to immigration officials to avoid becoming an illegal immigrant.
