Logan Pretorius, 25, will appear in court today after spending the past two days behind bars and this time he is facing allegations of assaulting Walvis Bay resident Cornelius Vermeulen with a basketball bat.
This is the third criminal charge in a space of two months in connection with his vicious dogs.
