A miscarriage led to the sale of a huge serviced plot in Groot Aub, with a corrugated structure on it, for N$3 500 to a Swapo district co-ordinator at the settlement. The politician, Johnny Elago, is expected to appear in the Rehoboth Magistrate’s Court today on a charge of fraud in connection with his purchase of the plot from Paulina Garoes after she lost her baby and needed money to come to Windhoek for treatment.
