The Oshana regional councillor for the Ongwediva Constituency, Vinia Abisai, is on indefinite sick leave after being discharged from the Ongwediva Medipark hospital a few weeks ago. Unconfirmed reports have it that Abisai suffered a stroke. Oshana Regional Governor Clemens Kashuupulwa told Nampa on Wednesday that the councillor is now at home and his condition is improving.
