No union with political parties - Kaaronda

Evilastus Kaaronda has taken off the table any affiliation between his Namibia National Labour Organisation (NANLO) and political parties ahead of this year’s elections.
Kaaronda, who is the NANLO president, was reacting to rumours that his organisation has held closed-door meetings with the Namibian Economic Freedom Fighters (NEFF) for some sort of working alliance.
However, both Kaaronda - who has openly declared his Swapo membership - and the NEFF’s second-in-command, Kalimbo Iipumbu, have denied any such meeting, claiming they have never contacted each other.
