Liz and Ben10 ex at each other’s throats
Earlier this year pssst! reported that television personality Liz Ross found herself a Ben10 in the form of a member of Kwaito boy band X-Bantuans. Well, it seems their romance was short-lived, as just recently the two were embroiled in what seemed like a nasty social network fight. Anyway, it seems Liz has a new boyfriend anyway, showing that she moves on pretty fast it. However, a few days ago her ex posted on her Facebook wall, asking her to leave him alone. Liz didn’t take the public humiliation lightly and came out guns blazing, asking for her money back. While pssst! enjoys a good Facebook catfight like anyone else, sometimes this kind of dirty laundry should just stay in the basket

Enough of the Mushe mocking!
pssst! thinks it’s very unfortunate that people on social networks mocked Mushe for pitching up at the NAMAs with his two children. The two kids were absolutely adorable. pssst! thinks it’s great that Mushe is taking the lead in showing other young men that they should stick around and raise their kids. In the past, Mushe was criticised for having too many girlfriends and now he is being criticised for being a loving daddy. That does not seem fair. Even though the awards show may have been disappointing for Mushe, at least he had his kids there to comfort him. Give the guy a break. Someone even said the child kept asking Mushe when he is going on stage to accept an award. Nee tog, you don’t kick a man when he is down.

Dogg, Gazza butter up Hage
It’s no secret that everyone is trying to cement their membership of Team Hage, since its election year. But like many other people, pssst! was shocked at the desperation of Gazza, The Dogg and Castro showed at the NAMAs. Don’t they know that no matter how hard they try, it is Ndilimani who will be travelling with Hage when it’s time to campaign for the general election in earnest? For a brief moment it even seemed like The Dogg and Gazza were competing for the Biggest Comrade title. First The Dogg said everyone must vote for Swapo, then Gazza gave a touching speech about Cassinga. It all ended with Gazza polishing Hage’s shoes. My brothers, these antics are embarrassing and really have no place at a music awards show.

Lettie’s Grade 12 farewell dress
Lettie is another artist who has come under fire in the aftermath of the NAMAs for donning what seemed like a Grade 12 farewell dress from back in the day. Remember those matric dresses look like they were made from curtains? Well Lettie, according to her critics on Twitter and Facebook was wearing one of those. And as if that’s was not enough, our favourite Khorixas girl wore Green Cross plakkies. Of course, we agree that her winning is dream come, even in those plakkies. Lettie just has that childlike quality that pssst! absolutely adores and we want to see her continue to shine, but not in shiny dresses.

Stella’s old pair
We all love Stella, but over the years she has repeatedly sung only two songs when called upon to perform publically. Some would call her a two-hit wonder. However, it was not that pair of songs, but her pair of shoes of that attracted attention at the NAMAs in Swakopmund last weekend. Not only did Stella perform that one song at the NAMAs that we all know is her oldest of the two she normally belts out, she also decided to wear red shoes that looked like they were more than four decades old. And then halfway through the Damara Punch singer’s performance, she decided to kick them off. She had everyone in stitches when she forgot her shoes on stage afterward, or maybe she just decided she did not want them anymore. Anyway, it’s time for a new pair of songs and a new pair of shoes Stella!
